- This product provides very few tools to control user activity. If full control of the virtual room and its users is important to your deals, then this is not the best option for you. But, i suppose that you will be completely satisfied with it as a tool for exchanging and storing data.
- Reporting capability is really simple to use and provides pertinent detailed information. Customer support (email) was lightning fast and targetting.
