- The basic version has too many limitations of use. The user is practically forced to acquire the Premium plans to be able to use the true power of the platform. Its integration with the Wrike platform makes it slow to attach files to project tasks.
- It is slow when it comes to importing heavy files, which shows that it does not have enough power. It does not offer possibilities to manage audit trails or electronic signatures. It also has no tools with which it is easier to keep in touch with the other members of the team, such as an integrated chat!!!!!
- It's very user-friendly, easy to use! Customer service is outstanding. We have been using it for storing secure sensitive data for a year. So, you can trust this service.
