- This company provides poor Virtual Data Room software for such money that they ask.
- Securedocs Data Room would be more appropriate for small businesses and the narrow scope of workflow needs. The main disadvantages are that for each unique profile, you can enable a unique set of different user privileges such as View Only, Access, Activity Control, DownLoad ability. If you want to enable multiple privileges for a particular user, you then need to make another special profile with that combination of privileges enabled.
- Overall is a good and reliable virtual data room. Rock-solid security, including inability to remove confidentiality watermark on PDF. It makes it easy to keep customers updated with the latest product documents and firmware. Broadcasts notices when updates are issued. You can't assign a user to more than one profile. If you want to enable multiple privileges for a particular user you then need to make another special profile with that combination of privileges enabled. This can be hard to manage for the new users.
- It was easy to recommend to clients who didn’t want to pay 10K for a VDR.
- I like that the provider proposes a fixed price and it doesn't depend on the number of pages and file size that you upload to the cloud. But in this case, you will face with the limits in storage capacity. Therefore, plan ahead your storing needs of digital data room
- I used «SecureDocs» free trial. There were no problems with the software but the full plan I didn't buy because of poor set of document management tools. In my opinion, this software is appropriate for file sharing but not for M&A transactions.
- This product is extremely easy to use and simple to set up. Perfect tool for sharing files in the cloud.
